Robert Delves is a renowned Australian artist celebrated for his poignant and introspective drawings and sculptures that explore the complexities of the human experience. 

 

With a career spanning over three decades, he has established himself as a significant figure in the Australian art landscape, boasting degrees from RMIT and VCA. 

 

Delves has exhibited extensively across Australia, with both solo and group exhibitions showcasing his work. Notable awards include the Riddoch Gallery Wood Sculpture Award (2008), the Prometheus Visual Art Award (2009), the Heidi Sculpture Award (2012), and the Dame Elizabeth Murdoch Sculpture Award (2013). 

 

His sculptures are held in esteemed corporate and private collections worldwide, including Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK, and the USA. 

 

Delves' creative process is deeply personal, often working in series to explore themes of emotional connection, resilience, and transformation. Through his work, he invites viewers to reflect on their own relationships with the world around them, both physical and emotional.
